Organizational Development Specialist

As an OD Specialist at our organization, your role is to contribute to managing effective and efficient OD Interventions by incorporating best practices from the HR domain and HR Analytics. You will collaborate with Operations and other support function teams to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of HR processes such as performance reviews, succession planning, and action plans resulting from employee surveys. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting research and identification of best practices in Organizational development and developing necessary processes and guidelines. - Analyzing process improvements and enhancing the employee experience. - Creating development and growth plans for employees. - Facilitating the desired culture through initiatives and employee engagement programs. - Implementing key OD initiatives such as Recognition & Rewards, Workplace Behavior, and Managerial Behaviors. - Reviewing HR policies and practices against industry best practices. In addition, you will be responsible for: - Working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of employee reviews. - Developing and circulating HR Dashboards. - Conducting Annual Surveys and Departmental Effectiveness Feedback Surveys, analyzing the results, and preparing reports. - Analyzing productivity, performance, and other relevant metrics. - Maintaining reports and trackers for assigned initiatives.
