Job Description

As the leader of the Career Architecture team, you will be responsible for designing organization models that align with the evolving business needs and cater to the career aspirations of employees. This role involves various key responsibilities, including: - Creating structures, roles, and competency models that are tailored to emerging areas of work and business context. - Ensuring that the career architecture is in sync with the talent management life cycle, spanning from recruitment to performance management, role transitions, and career advancement. - Providing architectural guidance to the business during crucial initiatives like mergers, acquisitions, and other organizational changes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop location-specific models that consider local employment laws, trends, and talent pools. You will lead a small team within the OD Center of Excellence and closely collaborate with other COE functions, HR Business partners, and senior representatives from the Business Units. This role offers an opportunity to drive organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.,
