Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Orders and Billing Specialist located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, with some work from home opportunities. The Orders and Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, and analyzing order and billing data. The role involves close interaction with the customer service team to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless order management process.

• Experience with billing systems and software is a plus
