Job Summary: The Order Processing Executive plays a key role in managing customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Process customer orders received via email, ERP, or CRM systems. Verify order details, pricing, and stock availability before processing. Ensure timely order entry, acknowledgment, and tracking of orders. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with sales teams to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery. Communicate order status, expected delivery dates, and any delays to customers. Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing and payment follow-ups. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate order records and documentation in the ERP system. Ensure compliance with Sniper Systems' policies and customer requirements. Generate regular reports on order processing, pending orders, and fulfillment rates. Problem Resolution: Handle order discrepancies, returns, and cancellations efficiently. Address logistics issues, such as delayed shipments or incorrect deliveries. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for resolution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 13 years of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or customer service. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar). Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced IT solutions environment . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT products, software solutions, or hardware sales operations . Familiarity with order fulfillment, invoicing, and payment processing . Understanding of IT distribution and vendor coordination. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
