The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and experience or familiarity with ERP systems. Freshers with the right skillset are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Process and manage daily sales orders in the ERP system. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Maintain accurate order records and documentation. Communicate with internal teams and customers for order status updates. Handle order-related queries efficiently and professionally. Ensure smooth documentation and dispatch processes. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (BCom, BBA, or related fields preferred). 01 year of experience in order processing or back-office operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
