Job Description

The IT Hardware Order Processing Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order lifecycle for IT hardware products. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely execution, and follow-up with customers and internal teams, playing a key role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Accurately receive, review, and process customer purchase orders (POs).
  • Order Management: Monitor orders throughout the entire lifecycle, from receipt to final delivery and invoicing, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Inventory and Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse operations and the supply chain team to verify stock availability, schedule shipments, and track order dispatches.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules. Provide order acknowledgement emails to clients and update them on order status.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any order discrepancies, shipping issues, or customer complaints promptly, coordinating with relevant departments (sales, IT-Software team, etc).
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate order trackers, ensure complete documentation for all sales orders, and generate reports on order flow and status.
  • Coordination : Co-ordination with customers, engineers or third – party vendors for installation of delivered devices / peripherals till the project completion / sign off

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an order processing or order management, preferably within the IT hardware industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of orders efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.20 - ₹30,000.00 per month
