Role Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with our key clients. The KAM will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Identify client needs and opportunities to sell additional products/services. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to improve the entire customer experience. Resolve client issues and problems effectively and quickly. Monitor account performance metrics and KPIs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
