Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized Factory Administrator to oversee day-to-day administrative tasks at the factory. This role involves managing petty cash , maintaining labour attendance records , and supporting overall operations to ensure smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile petty cash expenses with proper documentation. Maintain accurate labour attendance records (manual and/or digital). Prepare daily and monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. Coordinate with HR and accounts for wage processing and documentation. Support the factory manager in scheduling and administrative planning. Handle incoming and outgoing documents, records, and basic reporting. Assist in procurement and inventory documentation, as required. Ensure compliance with factory policies and safety guidelines. Requirements: Proven experience in administrative or factory support roles. Basic knowledge of accounting and handling petty cash. Familiarity with attendance systems or registers. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer use. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
