Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the shared inbox, implementation services, billing (consolidated billing received from vendor to be billed manually), and account management tasks such as shutting down delivery for schools during vacation. Your top priorities will include addressing missed deliveries, resolving issues, and handling expansion initiatives. You will utilize tools like Freshdesk for ticket allocation in a round-robin manner and work on equipment recommendations. Additionally, you will organize third-party installations, collaborate with 6 to 7 vendors for installations, and manage customer and installation data using Excel. Key Responsibilities: - Manage shared inbox, implementation services, billing, and account management tasks. - Address missed deliveries, resolve issues, and handle expansion initiatives. - Utilize Freshdesk for ticket allocation and work on equipment recommendations. - Organize third-party installations and collaborate with multiple vendors. - Manage customer and installation data using Excel. - Implement cost containment strategies and suggest alternate construction methods. - Track commodity pricing, vendor management, and orders. - Create detailed bid specifications and select appropriate service vendors. - Manage customers with new service subscriptions/installations and handle inquiries related to breakroom services. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 0-5 years of experience in order management and procurement. - Graduation in arts or science for freshers; mandatory graduation for experienced candidates. - Proficiency in using tools like Freshdesk, Excel, and other data management software. - Strong knowledge of cost containment strategies, vendor management, and order tracking. - Ability to create detailed bid specifications and select suitable service vendors. - Excellent communication skills to manage customer subscriptions/installations and inquiries effectively.
