As an Order Management & Procurement professional, you will be responsible for managing a shared inbox, implementation services, billing processes, and account management tasks. This includes handling consolidated billing received from vendors and manually generating bills, as well as managing account activities such as shutting down delivery services for schools during vacations. Your key focus areas will include addressing top drivers of issues such as missed deliveries, expansion needs, and other related concerns. You will utilize tools like Freshdesk for ticket allocation using a round-robin approach and ensure timely adherence to SLAs through effective ticket management. In this role, you will work on equipment recommendations, organize third-party installations, and collaborate with multiple vendors for installations. Customer and installation data will be primarily managed using Excel, in the absence of dedicated tools like Smart Sheet. Experience in implementing cost containment strategies, familiarity with commodity pricing, and expertise in vendor management will be crucial. You will be required to track orders, create detailed bid specifications, and select appropriate service vendors for efficient procurement processes. Furthermore, you will engage with customers for new service subscriptions, installations, and inquiries related to breakroom services. Effective communication skills will be essential to ensure smooth interactions with customers and vendors alike.
