Key Responsibilities :-
Process and manage all outward orders from the factory.
Apply and scan all documentation related to outward and inward inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems regularly.
Coordinate with the factory team to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Assist in basic reporting and documentation as needed.
Requirements:-
1–2 years of relevant work experience in operations, dispatch, or order management.
Comfortable working in a factory environment.
Familiarity with basic computer operations ( ERP ,MS Excel, Email).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Qualities :-
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Team player with a collaborative approach.
Reliable and detail-oriented.
