Job Title: Order Coordinator Location - Vasihali Nagar (onsite) Experience - 2-5 Years of experience in order handling, processing, etc on an e-commerce brand. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled communicator to support our internal light-duty sales team and warehouse teams with order fulfillment. This individual will proactively ensure orders are fulfilled, and if not, diagnose and find every avenue for order fulfillment, communicating with the internal sales and warehouse teams throughout. Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities Serve as main customer service contact for internal questions regarding order status within the sales and warehouse teams Proactively follow up on any customer shipments that are due to lost inventory, inaccurate inventory, or system (WMS vs ERP) discrepancies Coordinate with warehouse kit department on kits that need to be made and any components that show stock in ERP, but not WMS Responsible for putting orders on hold, revising or voiding all orders (ensuring orders are also voided in ERP AND WMS) Address inventory adjustments due to system discrepancies with warehouse leads Follow up and coordinate release of future-dated orders and backorders (that are on a do-not-ship list) with internal sales rep Address accidental shipping overages that need to be billed and communicate needed inventory adjustments (do-not-ship billing overages) In coordination with sales rep, place dropship orders out of non company warehouses if it is out of stock or if an item is non-stock Determine reason code behind orders that did not ship, that should have Ensure orders that should have shipped but didn t, are communicated properly to the warehouse and sales teams Stay current on all service policies, procedures and training updates Complete other duties as assigned Job Skills and Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills: Highly skilled in and dedicated to customer service; Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication; Strong project management and problem-solving skills; Excellent organizational stills, extremely detail oriented with attention to accuracy; Ability to apply a common sense understand to carry out details; Ability to work independently and with a team; Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word; Ability to manage multiple responsibilities; Self-starter and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
