Order Coordinator

You will be responsible for supporting the internal sales team and warehouse teams by ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main point of contact for internal inquiries regarding order status - Proactively investigating and resolving issues related to lost inventory, inaccurate inventory, or system discrepancies - Coordinating with the warehouse kit department for making kits and managing components stock - Managing order holds, revisions, and voids in both ERP and WMS systems - Addressing inventory adjustments with warehouse leads - Following up on future-dated orders, backorders, and accidental shipping overages - Placing dropship orders from non-company warehouses when necessary - Identifying reasons behind unshipped orders and communicating effectively with teams - Staying updated on service policies, procedures, and training Qualifications and Skills: - Proficient in customer service - Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently - Self-motivated and open to learning new processes (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
