Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Web Designer

with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and optimizing websites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Adobe design tools, along with proven experience in working on

Magento-based

projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Create visually appealing layouts from PSD and Figma files.
Optimize website performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals such as LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) and CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift).
Implement Critical CSS strategies for faster load times.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design assets.
Ensure seamless integration with Magento platform (Magento experience is mandatory).
Maintain consistency in visual branding and UX across all web assets.
Regularly test and troubleshoot design-related issues across various devices and browsers.

Key Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in web design.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, PSD slicing, and Figma.
Proven experience in Magento projects (required).
Solid understanding of Critical CSS and page speed optimization techniques.
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred

Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Basic understanding of SEO and accessibility standards.
