We are hiring a Order Coordinator to take orders on behalf of wholesale clients. This role involves calling customers, confirming their orders, and entering details accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and assist wholesale customers with their orders
• Take and enter orders on behalf of the warehouse
• Handle basic queries over phone or email
• Maintain polite and clear communication
• Use basic computer tools/CRM

Requirements:

• Good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Basic knowledge of computer and typing
• Experience in calling/sales is a plus
• Quick learner and organized
• Reliable and punctual
