Job Summary

Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive applications using

  Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

  .
• Integrate VBCS applications with

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  ,

  Oracle Fusion Cloud

  , and

  REST/SOAP web services

  .
• Develop custom UI components, data models, and business logic within VBCS.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement

  UI/UX best practices

  and responsive design principles.
• Configure and manage application security, roles, and user access.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in deployment, version control, and change management processes.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and support handover materials.
• Collaborate with Oracle technical and functional teams (OIC, ADF, APEX, Fusion SCM/Finance/HR modules).

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of experience in application development, with at least

  3 years in Oracle VBCS

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

  , and

  RESTful APIs

  .
• Hands-on experience integrating VBCS with

  Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

  (HCM, SCM, ERP).
• Experience with

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  and

  Process Cloud Service (PCS)

  .
• Knowledge of

  JavaScript frameworks

  (Knockout, Angular, or React) preferred.
• Experience with

  data binding, business objects, and service connections

  in VBCS.
• Familiarity with

  Oracle ADF, JET, or APEX

  is a plus.
• Understanding of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and CI/CD tools (Git, DevOps pipelines).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Professional (OIC or VBCS Developer) certification.
• Experience in developing

  mobile-first applications

  in VBCS.
• Exposure to

  Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

  and DevOps tools.
• Prior experience with

  extensions and custom pages for Oracle Fusion Applications

  .
