Oracle Transportation Manager

About the Role:

This role supports live transportation management systems and contributes to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solution. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners (such as Geodis, Fourkites, Inspirage, SAP ECC, P44, and carrier IT teams) to ensure smooth system integration and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support OTM modules: Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, Event Management, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
• Gather requirements, participate in solution design, and support system development for projects and ongoing operations.
• Work with business teams for requirement discussions, CRP demonstrations, and customer sessions.
• Manage project work packages using Waterfall or Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate IT development activities and manage configuration changes.
• Provide support for live operational environments, including testing, issue resolution, and verification.
• Conduct GAP analysis and support project go-live activities.
• Prepare test scenarios/scripts and collaborate with testing teams during SIT and UAT.
• Create user training documents and support training sessions.
• Work with DevOps and external teams on change requests and improvements.
• Build strong working relationships with business teams, project stakeholders, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience with OTM across key transport processes.
• Experience with carrier onboarding and visibility platforms.
• Understanding of global transport visibility systems (ILMCT, OTM, SAP ECC, Geodis, Fourkites, TMC, direct carrier integrations).
• Experience setting up integrations between OTM, SAP ECC, P44, and Fourkites.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with transport-related systems (e.g., HERE, P44, Fourkites).
• Ability to develop, test, and document end-to-end solutions.
• Experience with data conversion, migration, mapping, and validation.
• Ability to create integration mapping specifications for SAP PI/PO.
• Understanding of SCRUM/AGILE delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams.
