Oracle Techno Functional Consultant - HRMS

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with expertise in the HR Module to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of HR

processes and Oracle Fusion applications to help organisation to enhance their HR

capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize

the HR module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

Role & responsibilities

Support Core HR, ORC, Compensation, and Payroll modules with security, approval workflows, AOR configuration, Sandbox testing, and VBCS extensions. Minimum one full implementation cycle required. 

Key Responsibilities: -

Configure and support Core HR, ORC, Compensation, and Payroll.

Maintain security roles, workflows, and AORs.

Use Sandbox for configuration/testing and support VBCS extensions.

Gather requirements, map to system, and perform configuration/validation.

Support SIT, UAT, and end-user training. 

Required Skills:

Core HR setup and workforce structures.

ORC recruitment lifecycle.- Compensation and Payroll configuration.

Approval workflows, Security roles, AORs.

Sandbox & VBCS experience.

Minimum one implementation cycle. Optional: HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP, Fast Formulas, compliance reporting
