In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Oracle Supply Chain and Operations team you shall analyze complex business issues and contribute to the delivery of client solutions. As a Senior Associate, you shall leverage your experience to mentor junior team members, uphold professional standards, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating uncertainty and complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify enhancement opportunities
  • Mentor junior associates to foster their growth and development
  • Uphold professional standards in every project deliverable
  • Navigate complex supply chain challenges with innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve order management
  • Monitor project timelines and confirm adherence to schedules
  • Provide insights based on data analysis to drive improvements
What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience, specifically specialized in any two of the modules: Procurement, OM, Inventory Management, Maintenance, and/or Manufacturing
  • Should have completed minimum two end-to-end implementations in Fusion Procurement/Inv/OM/INV/Maintenance/Manufacturing modules, upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience
