Role Description

We're seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager skilled at leading challenging ERP projects for top clients! This is a remote role open to candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver Oracle Fusion projects across Finance, SCM, HR, or other business domains
Drive project scoping, resource planning, and tracking of timelines, milestones, and budgets
Guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure clear stakeholder communications
Provide hands-on leadership for data migration, cutover, and post-go-live transition
Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and project documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

7+ years in project management, with at least 3+ years directly on Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP implementations
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Proven expertise in planning, delivery, and issue resolution for multiple Oracle Fusion phases
Hands-on with digital tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Teams, etc.
Certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Oracle Cloud) preferred
