Position: Oracle NetSuite Administrator

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: 100% Remote

Type: Full Time/Part Time (Hourly)

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Support

Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring high performance, uptime, and data integrity.

Conduct regular system audits, perform backups, and oversee release upgrades and patches.

Administer user access by configuring roles, permissions, and security protocols.

Configuration & Customization

Set up custom fields, records, forms, workflows (SuiteFlow), and saved searches to match business needs.

Develop and deploy SuiteScript (1.0 or 2.x) for process automation and enhancements.

Build dashboards, reports, and custom KPIs using SuiteAnalytics.

Manage data imports/exports, ensure data consistency, and perform cleansing Maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Avalara, Stripe) Process Optimization & Compliance

Proactively identify and implement best practices and enhancements. job-Stay current with NetSuite feature releases, lead UAT, and guide system updates.

Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions or Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including flows, configurations, and custom solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics knowledge.

Proficient in saved searches, workflows, reporting, and dashboard creation. Functional Knowledge: Understanding of financials (AR/AP, revenue recognition, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, fixed assets). indeed.com
