Oracle Cloud Maintenance (eAM & Costing) Specialist

Job Type :

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operations and technical support for Oracle Cloud Maintenance, particularly in the areas of eAM and Costing.
Monitor Oracle Cloud systems to ensure maximum uptime, performance, and issue resolution.
Manage system configurations, patching, and upgrades.
Identify and resolve maintenance and costing-related issues within Oracle SCM Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
Develop documentation for system processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide end-user training and support documentation.
Assist in planning and execution of testing for updates, enhancements, or system changes.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security, and data governance policies.
Analyze business processes and suggest improvements aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Must-Have Skills

Oracle Cloud (Maintenance & Costing) 5+ years
Oracle SCM Cloud 10+ years
Invoicing 5+ years
Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) module
Strong understanding of Oracle Costing concepts and configurations
Expertise in Oracle Database Management and troubleshooting
Proficiency in technical support and cloud performance monitoring

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience working with clients across multiple industries.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and as part of a distributed team.

Nice-to-Have

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) exposure
Knowledge of integration tools and middleware
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices
