Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead React Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, TypeScript, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong front-end development background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers. You will be responsible for architecting scalable web applications, mentoring team members, and delivering high-performance, visually rich user interfaces.

Roles And Responsibilities

Technical Leadership :

• Lead the design and development of modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
• Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure efficient data handling using SQL
  

Development & Architecture

• Develop reusable, scalable, and modular UI components
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Drive architectural decisions and lead code refactoring initiatives
• Ensure the application is built with clean, maintainable, and well-documented Work closely with UI/UX designers to transform design prototypes into responsive front-end code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and backend developers
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align development with business Qualifications :
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Git-based version control
• Experience in performance optimization and accessibility standards
