The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Python, machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and end-to-end project deployment. This is a leadership role requiring technical expertise, business understanding, and mentorship capabilities. Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions and actionable insights. Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, ensuring best practices in modeling and analysis. Model Development & Deployment : Design, build, and optimize machine learning and AI models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Deploy models in production environments using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Evaluate model performance using statistical methods and fine-tune as needed. Data Engineering & Analysis : Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA). Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure smooth data pipeline integration. Cloud Integration : Utilize cloud services for model training, hosting, and monitoring (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML Studio, GCP AI Platform). Implement scalable and secure data science solutions using cloud-native tools. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables. Present complex models and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. Prior experience leading data science teams or projects.
