About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics and AI team. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Python, machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and end-to-end project deployment. This is a leadership role requiring technical expertise, business understanding, and mentorship capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Data Science Leadership :
• Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects from exploration to production.
• Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, ensuring best practices in modeling and analysis.
• Model Development & Deployment :
• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and AI models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Deploy models in production environments using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Evaluate model performance using statistical methods and fine-tune as needed.
• Data Engineering & Analysis :
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure smooth data pipeline integration.
• Cloud Integration :
• Utilize cloud services for model training, hosting, and monitoring (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML Studio, GCP AI Platform).
• Implement scalable and secure data science solutions using cloud-native tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
• Present complex models and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Prior experience leading data science teams or projects.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
