As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for the Workday to Oracle HCM migration initiative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the migration process by leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in the migration from Workday to Oracle HCM. - Developing and maintaining HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and APIs for Oracle HCM. - Creating and optimizing BIP (BI Publisher) Reports. - Designing and implementing Fast Formulas to address complex HCM reporting requirements. - Collaborating with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Oracle HCM modules and integrations.
