Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

As an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, you are being sought to support the migration from Workday to Oracle HCM. This role is crucial as it involves complex integrations and reporting within a dynamic enterprise setup. Key Responsibilities - Participate actively in the migration from Workday to Oracle HCM. - Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and APIs for Oracle HCM. - Create and optimize BIP (BI Publisher) Reports. - Design and implement Fast Formulas and manage intricate HCM reporting requirements. - Collaborate closely with functional teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in Oracle HCM modules and integrations. Required Skills - Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle HCM modules with a techno-functional approach. Expertise In - HCM Extracts - HCM Data Loader (HDL) - Oracle HCM APIs - Fast Formula - BI Publisher Reports (BIP) - Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM integrations and data migrations. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications - Previous exposure to Workday to Oracle migration would be advantageous. - Willingness to work in the IST time zone. - Candidates based in Bangalore or Hyderabad with an openness to work from the office are preferred.,
