Role Overview Technical Consultant will be part of Inoapps Professional Services team working on multiple Fusion Cloud projects delivered from APAC region. The role will involve understanding requirements from various sources including liaising with customers and Functional teams. Responsibilities - Gathering requirements from both internal and external stakeholders, including customers. - Work as technical developer for different Oracle ERP projects i.e., Implementations, enhancements and Rollouts - Participate in team meetings and daily scrum calls. - Preparation of technical design documents & unit test case documents as per Oracle standards - Regular interaction with Functional consultants to develop and refine the technical design of the component. - Meet tight deadlines and schedules with quality deliverables. - Adherence to coding standards for all the technical deliverables - Creating detailed functional designs and ensuring documentation is to a high standard which can be used by various stakeholders.

Skills & experience:

Key Skills - Development experience of 5+ years on different technical components of Oracle ERP cloud - Must be having strong SQL, PL/SQL with expertise on HDL based Data migrations for modules as Core HR-> locations , departments, jobs, grade, org tree, Workers, Assignment,Absence-> Absence entries, accruals,Payroll-> element entries, calculation cards, payroll balance - Should have Functional knowledge on HCM Cloud modules i.e Core HR, Absence, Payroll - Deliver Fusion Cloud technical components as BIP reports, Data migration using FBDI - Strong written and communication skills in English - Good interpersonal skills and a team player
