Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fusion HCM technical components, and strong PL/SQL skills. You will be responsible for developing integrations, building reports and extracts, and ensuring seamless data flow across HR systems.Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Fusion HCM and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).- Build and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, and Fast Formulas as per functional and technical requirements.- Perform complex SQL and PL/SQL data transformation tasks and develop business logic.- Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and provide production support for delivered integrations and reports.- Follow Agile development methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to timely delivery.- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and support artifacts.- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 6+ years of technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.- Strong proficiency in :1. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)2. Fusion HCM Extracts3. BI Publisher Reports (BIP)4. Fast Formulas5. SQL & PL/SQL- Experience in developing integrations between third-party systems and Fusion HCM (preferred).- Solid understanding of Fusion HCM data model and APIs.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with Agile development processes.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
