As an individual contributor, you will manage release processes, configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and support the module. You will translate business requirements and functional specifications into effective software solutions, setting the technical direction for integrated business and enterprise application solutions. Additionally, you will ensure the development of both new and existing software solutions aligns with our standards.
You will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications. Working within a team, you will take direction from product owners on development activities. The team member should possess strong HCM Cloud skills, including HCM Configuration, Fast Formula, HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, BI Publisher, Payroll Flows, and facets of Payroll Elements and Balances.
Your responsibilities will include implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing distributed solutions based on modern cloud technologies to address Payroll and Absence, processing challenges.
Minimum five (5) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
• Minimum two (2) years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.• Bachelors degree in computer Science, CIS, or related field and Minimum six (6) years’ experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.• Three (3) years experience working in a complex ERP system environment having integrations to many upstream/downstream systems (real-time and batch) • Three (3) years experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions.• Three (3) years experience writing technical documentation in a software development environment. • Two (2) years experience developing or configuring enterprise resource planning software.• Two (2) years experience in the customization, configuration, and/or implementation of Oracle HCM in an enterprise environment.• Two (2) years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization• One (1) year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
