Demonstrate
practitioner/expert level knowledge
in at least
two of the following tools
: HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web Services, Fast Formula.
Possess
in-depth knowledge in at least two HCM Cloud Modules
, such as:
Core HR
Absences
Benefits
Payroll
Workforce Compensation
OTL (Oracle Time and Labor)
Taleo / OLC / Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Configure HCM Cloud modules and implement reports, integrations, and workflows.
Participate in
direct client interactions
to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, provide problem resolution, and recommend process improvements.
Support testing activities including
unit testing, system testing, and UAT
.
Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Practitioner/expert level knowledge in at least
2 HCM tools
(HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, REST Web Services, Fast Formula).
In-depth knowledge in
2 or more HCM Cloud modules
(as listed above).
Excellent
communication skills
and
problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Oracle Cloud certification
in HCM modules.
Prior experience with global or multi-location implementations.
