Job Description

As an experienced Oracle HCM consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving support tickets for our diverse customer base. Your strong background in supporting multiple Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Compensation, and Talent, will be essential in finding innovative solutions and suggesting enhancements to optimize our HCM processes. Your willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new modules as our business evolves will also be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert support and guidance on Oracle HCM modules to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Manage and prioritize support tickets for multiple customers, adhering to defined SLAs. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle HCM modules. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. - Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM releases and best practices. - Document and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team. - Suggest process improvements and enhancements to optimize HCM operations. - Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle HCM modules. - Ensure data integrity and security across all HCM systems. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in supporting Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR, Absence, Compensation, and Talent. - Proven track record in managing support tickets and resolving customer issues within defined SLAs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud or on-premise implementations. - Familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting and analytics tools. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and modules. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
