Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant! We are looking for a highly skilled professional who bridges the gap between functional HR business processes and technical Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on leading HR transformation projects while expanding your expertise across a range of Oracle HCM modules and cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Techno-Functional expert (60–80% Functional, 20–40% Technical) across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, focusing primarily on Core HR, Journey Tasks, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Deliver configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization for Oracle HCM modules to align with evolving business needs.
  • Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud tools including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI for data management, report development, and integrations.
  • Manage application security roles and permissions and customize workflows to enhance system usability and compliance.
  • Use Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for application enhancements and development (preferred).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues in coordination with HR and IT teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, HR business users, and technical team members to understand requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions.
  • Ensure documentation and adherence to best practices throughout project phases.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud environment (Functional: 4/5, Technical: 2–3/5 minimum).
  • Strong functional knowledge in Core HR, Journey Tasks, and ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) modules.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM application security management and workflow customization.
  • Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and effective verbal & written communication, able to work closely with HR business and technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications.
  • Exposure to global HR transformations or multi-country HCM implementations.
  • Experience developing and extending workflows/applications using VBCS.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
