Oracle HCM Application Engineer

Role Overview: At Infoblox, you are invited to join the next exciting chapter of your career journey as an Oracle HCM Application Engineer. In this pivotal role based in Bangalore, India, reporting to the Director of IT, you will engage with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to design and develop solutions for Oracle HCM initiatives. Your strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM modules will be key in delivering enhancements for Cloud HCM and providing application support to ensure system stability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver enhancements for Cloud HCM by creating integration reports, analytical reports, dashboards, workflows, templates for mass data uploads, and more. - Provide application support by monitoring, resolving incidents, and conducting root cause analysis to implement permanent resolutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and support business events such as compensation cycles and benefits enrollments. - Adapt effectively to a changing environment, proactively identify potential issues, and implement monitoring solutions for system stability and performance. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM and ERP technologies - 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform and strong expertise in modules like Global HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent Management, Learning, & Recruiting - Strong experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs, Fast formula, BI Reports, REST API, SOAP, Web Services, and more - Good knowledge in Roles and security, understanding of Oracle Fusion application architecture, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to perform effectively in a dynamically changing environment and quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Additional Company Details: Infoblox is recognized as a top workplace, fostering an inclusive culture that rewards bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity.
