Oracle HCM Application Engineer

As an Oracle HCM Application Engineer at Infoblox, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing solutions for Oracle HCM initiatives. Collaborating with Business Systems Analysts and business stakeholders, you will work towards efficient, scalable, and standard solutions aligned with business needs. Your technical expertise in Oracle HCM modules will be crucial in enhancing Cloud HCM functionalities and providing application support. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deliver enhancements for Cloud HCM, including integration reports, analytical reports, dashboards, workflows, and templates for data uploads. - Provide application support by monitoring, resolving incidents, and conducting root cause analysis. - Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and collaborate on design and testing. - Support business events like compensation cycles and benefits enrollments. - Proactively identify potential issues and implement monitoring solutions for system stability. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM and ERP technologies. - 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform, specializing in domains like Global HR, Compensation, Benefits, etc. - Strong expertise in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs, Fast formulas, BI Reports, and working with REST API, SOAP, and Web Services. - Good knowledge of Roles and security, Oracle Fusion application architecture, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and technologies.
