Oracle GTM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle GTM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Analyze business requirements related to global trade compliance, classification, screening, and logistics processes.
• Configure GTM modules including:
• Product Classification
• Restricted Party Screening (RPS)
• Trade Compliance Rules
• License Management
• Trade Agreements
• Work closely with business stakeholders to map requirements to Oracle GTM functionalities.
• Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and provide end-user training.
• Troubleshoot GTM issues and provide functional/technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle teams (OTM, EBS, SCM, WMS).
• Support integration with third-party systems (e.g., customs authorities, logistics partners).
• Prepare functional documents (MD050, BR100), test scripts, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and process best practices.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM functional consulting.
• Strong domain knowledge in global trade compliance, customs, supply chain, and logistics.
• Experience configuring GTM modules such as RPS, Screening, Classification, Trade Compliance, Licenses, and Trade Agreements.
• Understanding of Oracle OTM and its integration with GTM.
• Ability to analyze, design, and implement GTM-based solutions.
• Strong debugging, issue resolution, and business communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments (preferred).

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Oracle OTM (Transportation Management).
• Experience with XML, SQL, and GTM data models.
• Exposure to international trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, HS Codes, ECCN).
• Prior experience with GTM cloud implementations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
