Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with expertise in Vertex to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Evaluate and modify current vertex configuration for business units for efficiency and accuracy in the post Go-live environment.
Maintain ongoing changes in rules rates taxability logic for the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
Create custom tax rules based on business requirements.
Integrate Vertex with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Provide technical guidance for development and coding for industry-specific excise tax processing compliance and reporting.
Develop test case scenarios for regression testing cycles and track outcomes.

Job Requirements

Experience in withholding tax TDS and VAT.
Knowledge of interfaces with third-party systems.
Mapping of product groups to Vertex defined tax matrix for standard goods and services.
Resolve technical issues related to hierarchy of tax assist rules and Vertex lookup tables, and update RICEF documentation.
Excellent communication and strong collaboration skills.
Flexible to adapt to a fast-changing environment and self-motivated.
Creating technical design specifications to ensure compliance with functional teams and IT.
Analytical thinking with high level of comprehension and independent working style.
Seeking candidates who are flexible and willing to work on shifts as required.
