Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP - Finance Functional Lead and Senior Consultant with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance functional consulting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the finance track in projects and contribute to COE activities and initiatives.
Provide solutions and configurations across multiple modules, including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Fusion Taxes.
Collaborate with the technical team on developing and customizing financial systems.
Design and implement data migrations from legacy systems and integrations.
Develop and maintain design documents and functional specification documents.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in Oracle Fin Fusion CLOUD, including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Fusion Taxes.
Experience working on complex requirements and providing innovative solutions.
Ability to understand business requirements and map them to system features and functions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Well-versed in the implementation life cycle, phases, and documentation, including BRD, FSD, test scripts, user manuals, and training guides.
Good awareness of P2P and O2C cycles and their touchpoints to Financial modules.
Willingness to work from offshore in the functional track of client engagements to perform various implementations and/or support activities.
Willingness to interact directly with onshore teams and/or client businesses, as applicable.
Willingness to work in shifts on a rotational basis if required.
Education: CA/MBA/B.Com/B.E/B.Tech/MSc.
