Job Summary

The Oracle EBS ERP Functional Lead will be responsible for the functional support, enhancement, and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules and related business applications. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle EBS modules, excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience managing internal teams and external consultants. The incumbent will ensure smooth daily operations of Oracle EBS, handle issue resolutions, and oversee new module implementations aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

# ERP Functional Support & Management:

• Provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) across all active modules (Finance, Purchasing & Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management/SCM)
• Ensure the smooth functioning of Oracle EBS by proactively identifying and resolving issues impacting daily business operations.
• Work closely with key business users to understand their challenges and provide efficient solutions or workarounds within the ERP framework.
• Manage issue resolution by coordinating with internal support teams and external Oracle consultants, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Financial & other module period closure activities

# Module Implementation & Enhancement:

• Lead or support the implementation of new Oracle EBS modules as per business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering, prepare functional documentation (BRD, FRS), perform system configuration, testing, training, and Go-Live support.
• Coordinate with technical teams (DBAs, Developers) to ensure seamless integration of new modules and other different application (Like POS application / CRM b2b – B2C, Omni Platform/Offline to online business platform operation, HRMS solution etc.).

# Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise between business teams, IT teams, and external Oracle consultants to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Ensure change management, user training, and knowledge transfer during new module rollouts or system upgrades.

# Continuous Improvement:

• Conduct regular system health checks and recommend optimization or automation opportunities.
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, Projects, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 19C (or relevant version used by the organization).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on providing business-oriented solutions.
• Good understanding of ERP integration, workflows, and business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Project management and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS ERP Functional Support and Implementation.
• Certifications in Oracle EBS (optional but preferred).
• ERP system uptime and performance.
• User satisfaction (measured by feedback or surveys).
• Issue resolution TAT (Turnaround Time) and SLA adherence.
• Successful delivery of new module implementations.
• Efficiency improvements and automation initiatives delivered.
