Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Flexcube Technical Support professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation and production support experience with Flexcube Core Banking product.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Corporate Core Banking product, including Fund Transfer/Payments/Bills & Collection/Letter of Credit/Loans/General Ledger.
Monitor and resolve incidents, escalating them to Level 2 support as needed.
Coordinate with Offshore Development and/or Support teams for various technical deliverables, such as Customization Deliveries, Patch sets, and fixes.
Manage Customer Relationships and address initial escalations from Customers.
Analyze issues and provide L1/L2 production support covering both technical and functional domains of ORACLE FLEXCUBE Core Banking suite.
Participate in Automation & Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
Guide business users on configuration issues related to the application.
Regularly report defect status and any critical issues requiring senior management's attention.
Follow structured configuration and release processes for applying fixes and software releases.
Work closely with Infrastructure and Database support teams to ensure the core-banking environment is fully secured and optimized for high performance.
Analyze Debug logs.
Perform proper handover/knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment.
Support End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-day (BOD) batch operations.

Job Requirements

Hands-on Implementation and/or production support experience with Flexcube Core Banking product.
Sound knowledge of Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Javascript, XML, and basic Unix shell scripting.
Expertise in Deployments, Backup/Restore Operations, and Source Control tools.
Experience in implementing Interfaces, Batch operations, Trouble shooting, and resolving issues encountered in production support.
Good Problem Solving skills and ability to perform proper handover/knowledge transfer.
Client-facing skills, including Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel.
Ready to work in Morning/Afternoon/Night shift (9 hours shift, 5 days a week).
