As an Oracle ERP Trainer specializing in the Finance Module at Opkey, your role involves conducting online training sessions for Opkey customers and employees across multiple Functional/technical areas. You will also be responsible for delivering engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, preparing training materials, and leading hands-on workshops to reinforce learning. Additionally, you will stay updated with Oracle/Workday updates and enhancements to ensure the training materials remain current. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct online training sessions for Opkey customers and employees on various Functional/technical areas. - Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives. - Prepare training materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and other supporting documents. - Lead hands-on workshops, one-on-one training, and support sessions to reinforce learning. - Stay updated with Oracle/Workday updates and enhancements to keep training materials current. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. - Certification in Oracle or Workday finance modules is highly desirable. - Minimum 3 years of experience delivering finance module training in Oracle or Workday environments. - Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, especially within Oracle/Workday ERP systems. - Excellent ability to explain complex technical topics in an easy-to-absorb manner. - Sound knowledge of learning theories such as adult learning principles.
