Job Description

Key Requirements

  • Hands-on development experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
  • Experience working on Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) is essential.

HCM Module Exposure (must-have)

Strong experience in at least 2–3 of the following areas:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
  • Absence Management

Additional Requirements

  • Good understanding of data models, subject areas, and tables used in HCM modules.

Technical Skills

  • BI Publisher (BIP) report development
  • SQL

Other Skills

  • Ability to gather reporting requirements from business users and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
