Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document finance and accounting requirements .

Conduct requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions to align Oracle best practices with customer processes.

Lead and facilitate CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions, demonstrating solution capabilities to business users.

Provide expertise across Finance modules GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Subledger Accounting; exposure to P2P and O2C cycles preferred.

Support end-to-end solution design, configuration, and testing activities in Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS.

Collaborate with technical teams to design reports, integrations, and extensions based on business needs.

Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and RTMs (Requirement Traceability Matrices) .

Provide functional support during UAT, SIT, and Go-Live phases.

Advise clients on best practices, financial process improvements, and Oracle Cloud roadmap adoption .

Required Skills & Experience

810 years of Oracle Finance functional consulting experience in EBS (R12) and Fusion Cloud Finance .

Strong functional knowledge in Core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) with hands-on experience.

Experience in leading requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and CRP sessions with business stakeholders.

Proficiency in preparing and validating BRDs, FDDs, and RTMs .

End-to-end implementation experience in at least 23 full cycle projects (including EBS to Fusion Cloud migration preferred).

Ability to work closely with clients, explain Oracle best practices, and manage stakeholder expectations .

Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Experience in India Localization (GST, TDS) and global finance setups is an added advantage.

Good to Have

Exposure to Oracle Cloud Tools OTBI, BIP Reports, Smart View, and FBDI/HDL templates.

Knowledge of finance integration touchpoints with SCM, Projects, and Payroll.

Experience in Agile/Waterfall implementation methodologies .

Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification in Financials.
