What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and support the functional design, configuration and testing of Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials, Procurement and Projects

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions

• Facilitate workshops and design sessions, guiding clients through Oracle leading practices and industry standards

• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP applications to align with agreed designs and business needs

• Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations and data conversions in collaboration with technical teams

• Lead and support testing activities including system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment support and early stabilization

• Provide post implementation guidance, optimization recommendations and knowledge transfer to client teams

• Stay current on Oracle quarterly updates and emerging capabilities to bring fresh, value-driven ideas to clients

• Play a direct role in driving innovation by supporting the development of new assets and accelerators

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or a related field

• Proven experience as a functional consultant on Oracle Cloud ERP projects, typically 5 plus years, with the ability to lead functional workstreams independently

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes such as procure to pay, order to cash, record to report and project accounting

• Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements and document functional designs

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP configuration, testing and user training

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences

• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
