Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an OPT Recruiter. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates, particularly students and entry-level professionals in Optional Practical Training (OPT) programs, into various IT-related positions. Daily tasks include creating job descriptions, conducting candidate searches, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a network of talent pipelines. The role also involves coordinating with hiring teams and ensuring compliance with policies and visa regulations.

Qualifications

• Recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and talent acquisition
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Optional Practical Training (OPT) and visa-related hiring practices
• Ability to bring candidates for in class training.
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Proficiency in utilizing social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience in IT recruitment is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
