JOB SPECIFICATION Position: Consultant (Contractual) Marketing - UI UX Designer Location: Mumbai Total Work Experience: 5-6 years Compensation: As per industry standard KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for delivering an intuitive and visually appealing user experience across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a user-first mindset, and the ability to translate complex requirements into beautiful and functional interfaces. Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features. Develop and maintain design systems and UI style guides. Ensure the user experience is intuitive, consistent, and accessible. Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look. Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines. Collaboration Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Provide design specifications and assets to developers, and support during implementation. Iteration & Improvement Continuously refine the UI/UX based on analytics, feedback, and evolving business requirements. Build reusable code and libraries for future use Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Requirements: Must-Have : Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and UX case studies. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva or similar. Experience in responsive and mobile-first design. Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and user-centric design. Nice-to-Have: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Team player with the ability to work independently.
