Marketing Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Strategy & Planning:
Develop & execute comprehensive marketing plans (digital, print, events) aligned with hospital goals.
Market Research:
Analyze healthcare trends, patient needs, and competitor activities to find new opportunities.
Digital Marketing:
Manage website, SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and use analytics (Google Analytics).
Content & Branding:
Oversee creation of brochures, newsletters, and digital content; ensure brand consistency.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build relationships with doctors, corporates, community, and manage external agencies/vendors.
Events & Outreach:
Organize health fairs, community programs, and awareness campaigns.
Performance Analysis:
Track campaign success, analyze data, and report on ROI.
Leadership (Assistant Manager):
Lead marketing initiatives, mentor team members, and manage projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
Proven track record in healthcare marketing, ideally with supervisory experience.
Digital Expertise:
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication:
