B. Enhancing the Influencer Base through conversions from other brands by
Comparative concrete trials
One-to-one meets and presentations
Personal rapport
Factory/ RRDC visits
C. Display of Ramco Cement used boards at sites where Ramco Cement used.
A. Turn around identified weak markets:
compile Influencer profile in the weak market and attempt conversions
coordinate with SOs in network development
B. Maintaining Customer data bases and reports of visits to customers
Conducting Tests on Concrete a Site which could be
Slump Cone test
Cube Compressive strength test
Rebound Hammer test
Attending to customer queries and complaints
