Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, dealer management, distribution management, and market expansion.
Develop and execute strategies for new market development and brand promotion through effective channel management.
Identify opportunities for network expansion by building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in sales or a related field (FMCG/Consumer Goods).
Strong understanding of channel management, dealer management, distribution management, lead generation, marketing principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
