Monthly sales and collection in assigned areas for the full range of decorative paints.
Identification and appointment of dealers and distributors to deepen market penetration and obtain detailed market share.
Analyze the sales plan, compare it to last year's baseline and implement the right sales activities to achieve the target sales.
Monitor product sales activity and achieve sales growth/maximized volume and value growth in detail.
Ensuring product availability at the point of dealer sale
Ensure dealer's profitability according to the organization's policies and interests
Creation of monthly regional monitoring reports including competitor activity.
Need to build a strong dealer network and meet aggressive sales targets
Communication of dealer offtake schemes
Dealer account reconciliation

Candidate Profile:

Extensive travelling and local geographical awareness
The candidate should have good communication skills, and an ambition to accept challenging assignments in a very fast-growing company
