Position:

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth production of solvent-based paints.
Monitor shift activities and allocate manpower effectively.
Ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory updates.
Implement process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Ensure compliance with
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines
.
Support plant commissioning and trial runs during start-up phase.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or related field.
26 years of experience in paint / chemical / process industry (solvent-based preferred).
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
Ability to lead and manage shift teams effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details:

Candidates with prior
experience in solvent paint / coatings industry
will be preferred.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
is mandatory.
